- Consolidate plan balances from a former employer's 401(k), 401(a), 403(b) or 457(b) plan
- Consolidate plan balances from the U.S. Federal Thrift Plan
- Consolidate plan balances from a traditional or rollover IRA
The RCH Service Center will work with you every step of the way, ensuring that all the necessary paperwork is completed, and that your funds are quickly and efficiently consolidated.
Note - Roth balances from employer plans or Roth IRAs cannot be consolidated into the HCA 401(k) Plan.
